From our state-of-the-art facility in Canton, Ohio, we offer a sophisticated and sustainable solution for dealing with used transformer oil. With near zero emissions and industry-leading recovery rates, our environmentally responsible and sustainable process for treating used transformer oil removes all detectable levels of PCBs. We breathe new life into used transformer oil. Our SUPERFINE™ transformer oil meets or exceeds all relevant international standard for unused transformer oil and has been tested and is accepted for use in new transformers. It is also the first carbon neutral transformer oil.
Used Oil Collection and Treatment
We undertake and facilitate all aspects of the collection, transportation and processing of used non-PCB and PCB-contaminated naphthenic-based transformer oils from power utilities, electrical maintenance companies, used oil collectors and other sources. Used oil can be drained directly from transformers on site or from storage tanks at service facilities, wherever the need arises. This used oil is then transported by a licensed carrier and processed by our proprietary technology all in compliance with EPA regulations.
SUPERFINE™ Products
We re-refine, market and distribute premium quality SUPERFINE™ transformer oil, which meets or exceeds all relevant international standard for unused transformer oil and has been tested and is accepted for use in new transformers. It is also the first carbon neutral transformer oil. Through our proprietary process, we also re-refine, market and distribute premium quality naphthenic base oil. This high quality base oil is suitable for use in inks and lubricants manufacture and a wide variety of other specialist applications.
