Ed Superior – Director of Procurement, Sales and Marketing

Ed recently re-joined the Company after a brief retirement. He originally joined the Canton facility at its inception in 2008 and oversees the procurement of used oil and the sales of our final products. He has 30 years of experience within the chemical industry dealing with different aspects of the supply chain. After serving in the US Navy, he obtained his BS degree in Business Administration along with various programs in sales from Dale Carnegie and transportation from Penn State Executive Logistics.

Cynthia Repasky – Senior Procurement, Sales and Logistics Manager

Cynthia joined the Company is 2009 and is responsible for working with utilities, oil collectors, brokers, distributors, and carriers across North America to secure and transport used oil. Cynthia also sells and ships Transformer Oil and Base Oil to utilities and OEM manufacturers in North America, Latin America, Mexico and The Caribbean. Cynthia has an Associates of Arts degree from Kent State University and 13 years of experience in manufacturing and processing industries.

Naomi Mattingly – Environmental, Health and Safety Manager

Naomi joined the Company in 2016 and is responsible for all safety and environmental compliance activities for the Canton facility. She has 20 years of management experience in environmental and safety compliance. She is an active member of the Start County Safety Council and has served nine years on the Eastern Stark County Safety Council Steering Committee. Naomi has a degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management.
